O’Fallon Family Floors is looking for a motivated, experienced Flooring Sales Consultant to join our team. We are expanding our business and need someone who knows flooring, knows how to sell, and knows how to take care of customers from start to finish.
FLOORING EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED
If you’ve worked in the flooring industry in sales, installation, estimating, or another flooring-related position, we want to talk to you.
We especially value someone who understands the products and installation process — because the best flooring salespeople know more than just how to close a sale. They know how to build trust and make sure the customer gets the right floor for their home.
What We’re Looking For:
- Flooring sales experience strongly preferred.
- Flooring installation experience is a huge plus.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Professional, positive attitude.
- Motivated and driven to succeed.
- Ability to build relationships and earn customers’ trust.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
- Hungry to make money and grow with a rapidly expanding company
What You’ll Do:
- Meet with customers and help them select the right flooring.
- Sell carpet, luxury vinyl, hardwood, laminate, tile and other flooring products.
- Measure jobs and develop estimates.
- Educate customers on products and installation.
- Build relationships and follow up with leads.
- Work closely with our installation and operations teams.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the showroom to completed installation.
