ARE YOU TIRED OF WATCHING OTHER PEOPLE MAKE THE MONEY YOU KNOW YOU COULD BE MAKING?

O’FALLON FAMILY FLOORS IS HIRING PROJECT MANAGERS.

Let’s be honest.

If you’re naturally competitive…
If you like talking to people…
If you’re motivated by MONEY…
And if you’re tired of having your income limited by someone else…

You need to take a look at this opportunity.

At O’Fallon Family Floors, we have built a business around great people, great products, great installation teams, and extremely happy customers.

And now we're looking for another high-energy Sales Professional to join the team.

WE'LL TEACH YOU HOW WE DO IT:

You don't have to be a flooring expert.
You don't need to know every product on day one.
You DO need to be willing to learn, work hard, talk to customers, and ask for the sale.

We have a simple, proven sales system that we can teach you.

Follow the system.
Take care of the customer.
Work your opportunities.
Get paid for your results.

It's that simple.

THIS IS FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS MORE:

More income.
More opportunity.
More control over their future.
More satisfaction from knowing “I did that.”
We're looking for someone who doesn't need to be chased around to get things done.
Someone who sees an opportunity and goes after it.
Someone who can walk into a customer's home, build trust, understand what they want, and confidently help them make a decision.

If that sounds like you, keep reading.

WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE:

Strong earning potential - Hourly Plus Commission Potential.
Health insurance.
401(k).
Paid time off.
Proven sales process & training.
A team that actually supports you.
Outstanding customer ratings.
Phenomenal installation crews.
A company that takes pride in its reputation.

And here's something important:

You aren't selling something people don't want.

You're helping homeowners improve their homes with products they are already looking for.

Our job is to make the process easy, professional, and enjoyable.

And when you have excellent installers, happy customers, and a strong reputation behind you…

Selling gets a whole lot easier.

WE WANT HUNGRY:

Not entitled.
Not someone looking for a comfortable 9-to-5.

HUNGRY:

Hungry to learn.
Hungry to improve.
Hungry to win.
Hungry to make money.
If you have the personality and work ethic, we can teach you the system.
So if you're sitting there thinking:
“I know I could be making more money if someone would just give me the opportunity…”

Maybe this is that opportunity.

O'FALLON FAMILY FLOORS:

We're building something special, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of it.

If you're serious about sales, serious about making money, and serious about your future — APPLY.

SEND US YOUR INFORMATION TODAY.

You might be exactly the person we're looking for.
